What Does Housing Justice Mean?

In the wealthiest nation in the world, it is a travesty that anyone could be unhoused. As the eviction moratorium is set to expire, we must step up to provide the services and support that our unhoused community members need most.

With the passage of the disastrous 41.18 ordinance, the expiration of the California eviction moratorium looming, and a worsening housing crisis on the horizon, now is the time to take action to educate and mobilize our community around people-first policy solutions to this issue. We need a public health approach to solving homelessness, not more criminalization and displacement.
